If you do not save at least 2X your total membership fees paid within your first sixty (60) days of membership, Fire Print Club will refund your membership fees in full. All printed products received during this period may be retained by the member.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2X Savings Guarantee:
You must be a new Fire Print Club member
You must place at least two (2) separate print orders within your first sixty (60) days of membership.
Orders must be completed and paid in full within the sixty (60) day period.
A refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after the sixty (60) day period ends.
Savings Calculation
Savings are calculated based on the difference between: Fire Print Club member pricing, and Fire Print Club standard retail pricing at the time of each order. Shipping, taxes, design services, rush fees, and any additional services are excluded from savings calculations
Only completed and fulfilled orders are eligible for inclusion in the savings calculation
Refund Terms
Approved refunds apply only to membership fees paid during the initial sixty (60) day period
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on file. This guarantee may be claimed once per customer account
Exclusions and Limitations
This guarantee applies to new memberships only and does not apply to renewals, reactivations, or transferred accounts. Accounts exhibiting excessive refund requests, abnormal ordering behavior, or suspected abuse may be denied at Fire Print Club’s discretion. Fire Print Club reserves the right to verify all orders, pricing, and account activity prior to approving any refund.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
PHOENIX MEMBERS
Phoenix members are eligible for price matching on qualifying products. If Fire Print Club is unable to match a verified lower price on an identical product, a $50 Fire Print Club print credit will be issued to the member’s account.
How to Request
A price match request must be submitted before placing the order.
The request must include a valid link or proof of the competitor’s pricing.
Fire Print Club will review and respond to the request prior to order placement.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match or credit:
The product must be identical in: Size Quantity Material Finish Turnaround time.
Competitor pricing must be: Publicly available Verifiable at the time of request.
The competitor must be a U.S.-based online commercial printing provider.
If a Price Match Cannot Be Made
A $50 Fire Print Club print credit will be issued to the member’s account.
Credit issuance satisfies the price match guarantee for that request.
Credit Terms
The $50 print credit: Will be applied to the member’s Fire Print Club account May be used toward any future print order Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Credit must be used within ninety (90) days of issuance or it will expire.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for price matching:
Promotional pricing, flash sales, coupons, or limited-time discounts.
Membership-based pricing, wholesale platforms, or login-only pricing.
Custom quotes, negotiated pricing, or non-standard product configurations.
Pricing errors, misprints, or unverifiable listings.
Products that do not match all required specifications.
Limitations
Limit one (1) price match request per order.
Limit two (2) unmatched price claims per billing cycle.
Fire Print Club reserves the right to determine product equivalency and eligibility.
Abuse and Enforcement
Accounts demonstrating excessive claims, manipulation of pricing, or abuse of this guarantee may: Be denied future price match requests Have credits revoked Be subject to membership suspension or termination.
General Terms
Fire Print Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue these guarantees at any time.
All determinations regarding eligibility, calculations, and enforcement are made at the sole discretion of Fire Print Club.
